Q.

hello ma'am my daughter is 18 month old she is not speaking yet my doctor said she might be having mild autism symptoms what should i do,?

A. It is not necessary the child is not speaking at this age it means autism a child can very well pick up for its speech between the age of 18 to 26 months it’s not autism right so currently I’m just going to suggest you that you should check for symptoms is your child responding to which name making an eye contact listening to what you say following your simple commands and giving a proper response with his gestures with you say and these are the basic things that you need to look if they are in place and it is very good and please do not give any mobile or screen time to the child
