My son, 10 months baby, is not taking any food (solid food) from yesterday. he is very active as usual and drinking lot of water. He is having loose stool like water with gas. Is this is due to any stomach infection or any other reason?

A. hello it need a proper examination to diagnose it. increase breast feeding ur baby, and Details of clinical examination and associated symptoms are required, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
