my sister baby girl is 5monthand 25 days olds. she got a small water like bubble under her lower lip.have attach pic .can someone advice what it can be..

can be its a mouth ulcer.
as in pic it is not clearly visible , better to consult your doctor in person to get the evaluatation done.
