Q.
My seven-month-old baby's cold is not getting better. It's been 5 days now. We are giving her medicine (Solvincold AF), but the cold is not getting better. Can you suggest any solution? Can we take a head bath if baby have a cold? Can I feed banana puree to my baby when she has a cold?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician18 hours agoA. please avoid offering banana n giving head bath during cold give steam inhalation and do mustard oil massage , use nasal saline drops to open nasal blockage avoid cold wind cold climate
