my question is that koi v protein powder like pediasure ya enfragrow bachhe ko kitne tym tk dena chahiye actually mera baby 3yrs6month ka hai maine enfragrow protein powder 7 dabbe use ki hu to kya isko bnd kr dena chahiye ya aage continue krna chahiye

Hello ma’am When it is completely your choice as to 4 how long do you want to give it I gave it like I gave Pedia sure to my child till the age of 4 to 4 1/2 years after that I stop giving it because I was not finding it of any use so I basically switch to turmeric and black pepper powder into the milk for immunity and all so if you feel it’s helping your child then you can continue with it otherwise you can stop giving it and rather switch to natural products like dry fruit powders and fruit milkshakes and all these things
