Q.
My period started 4 months post my delivery and it was fine.My last period date was 8th April and it did not come for last 2 months. Is it normal?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yee. its ok.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as You can do a urine pregnancy test as that will clear the picture. Try to eat more protein n less of carbohydrates

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi, Generally due to delivery there is more weakness and Nutrition loss in your body. Causing irregular periods. Also brestfeeding has effects on periods. Periods may start after one and half month after delivery or not even till one year after delivery. And remains irregular for about 1 year. So not to worry about it. Just have proper sleep with good nutrition. Use proper contraceptive method. Take care.
