Q.

My one month old baby has a white discharge with a yellowish crust on one of her ears. I was told it was normal after a cold and she has a mild cold. Is it a cause for concern? Should I consult my pediatrician?

A. As suggested, I visited a pediatrician and he prescribed an antibiotic (Advent dry syrup - Cipla).

A. this may not be normal and it might be either some type of infection so better to meet the doctor More proper information and answer regarding this will be given by your personal doctor and you can contact your doctor for this You can check with nearest doctor also in your locality. Take care

A. U Should get it checked once either with your paediatrician or an ENT doctor pain in year would be normal sometimes due to cold but having a discharge would not be normal so it’s better that you want to get a check with your doctor for better
