My nephew is 4months old. He cries whenever he pees. What is the reason? His feet is cold. tell me the reason.

This requires proper evaluation so to clear your doubts regarding this and to receive proper information you should consult your pediatrician/concerned doctor who will guide you in a proper way and will also suggest proper investigation if required after clinical examination and ttaking detailelted history. That will be a better approach to get a proper treatment regarding this.
