ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 13 months old and she is having a cold so don’t give her a bath and give her syrup sinarest af 1.5 ml three times a day

Sinarist 1.5 ML can be given to the child twice a day for a minimum of three days and maximum of five days so this is going to be the right medicine to go ahead with it is a basic anti allergy and if you require you can go ahead with give indirect steam to the child as well
