my little one doesn't eat by himself and also runs away ..how do I make him sit at one place and eat by himself?

Hello mom this issue is quiet common among kids , for that you can make the meal time fun for him either engage him in toys or get some age appropriate books read or sing for them , picture board books will also be helpfulness. Colorful cutlery, have family meals when ever possible
