Hi Mom Make meal time fun with toys and story Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potatoes mashed banana khichadi curd rice dal rice etc Offer different varieties of food in different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting Give adequate water Stay hydrated
