my last month period was on September 10..cycle length 25 to 30 days ...but this month still I didn't get my period...I have tested negative on pregnancy test kit ..what might be the reason

You need to wait for a couple of weeks of missing your period to take a home pregnancy test. Consult your doctor for further assistance
