mam . my last menstrual period is Dec 15, later this month not period came .is I am pregnant my cycle length 29 days

A. ok,mam my period is regular because I have feel a little nausea I will try a card test after 2 days

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
