hi doc I am 29 years old mother of one year. my menstrual cycle is 32days but this month not getting period nearly 6days late what to do

It Can be sometimes delayed by 10 days also it’s completely normal if after 10 days also you do not get your periods when you take a pregnancy test and if it is negative then you consult your gynaecologist once as then it could be due to some hormonal changes in the body
