#AsktheExpert hey, I had a C-section delivery in September. My bleeding went on till 28th September. Last month I got my period on 5th January.This month till now I haven't got my period.Before my pregnancy I had PCOS. And my period cycle was around 30-35 days. Is this normal now??Please help.

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery due to hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Speak to your doctor for further advice. Good luck and take care.
