my kiddos are underweight. one is 10 years old and second one is 4.5 years but they both look like 8 and 3 years respectively. plz advice me what to.do

A. hi parent if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about it please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fruits and different seed and nut in your child daily diet please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug fruit and veggies wash
