My kid is 7 months old, I got periods 6 months post delivery last month and this month it's delayed , date was 5th of last month. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my kid and have introduced solids aswell. I'm worried is this senario normal as my other frnds say once u get periods after delivery, it should be regular. I'm eating daily papaya now. Please advice

A. Hello mom the menstrual cycle post delivery varies from women to women , it also takes time for it to set back to a cycle back .. so observe for one or two months more and if not then consult your gynaecologist

A. I got little bleeding after 1 week delay of my periods but it stopped there ... There isn't any bleeding after that
