Q.
My kid is 7 months old, I got periods 6 months post delivery last month and this month it's delayed , date was 5th of last month. I'm exclusively breastfeeding my kid and have introduced solids aswell. I'm worried is this senario normal as my other frnds say once u get periods after delivery, it should be regular. I'm eating daily papaya now. Please advice

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom the menstrual cycle post delivery varies from women to women , it also takes time for it to set back to a cycle back .. so observe for one or two months more and if not then consult your gynaecologist
