my kid is 15 month old and weight is about 8 kg, last one day she is suffering from fever 102 F every 6 hours and 2 loose motion and 2 vomiting has also occur. we use paracetamol syrup but her fever reduce after 2 hours and after 2 house she has mild fever 100 F. what can I do. please suggest
