My son is 10 months old and has a fever of 102°F since 24 hours. please suggest some remedies

Other than giving medicines you should also do Thande Paani ki patti the fever is little high so the medicine that you were giving should be much stronger than the regular one if you haven’t consulted your doctor yet I would recommend you to please go for that
