my kid is 11 month old and he had fever from 2 days. im giving dolo syrup 3 ml every 6 hours once. still fever is not reducing. can anyone tell what to do?

A. ok. 3 ml of dolo syrup..!? what is the weight of your baby? make sure to give dolo in right dose. consult your doctor if no improvement after three days
