my baby has fever today she is 2 years We gave her dolo 250 3.5 ml after 4 hours but her fever didn't come down after giving medicine what should we do

A. Don’t panic repeat the dose after every four yo six hours interval and don’t exceed more than four doses in a day and give more liquids soups to the baby and coconut water
