Q.
My kid having a cold from from one month. I have given her a montair LC and stopped..But still cold is there..but it's not continuious..sometimes mucus will come and sometimes only water type..How long cold will last..

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of viral illness and if the child is having recurrent running nose and nasal congestion it can be allergic rhinitis also so it needs a proper examination.g
steam inhalation will be beneficial in both the cases along with decongestant medicine like wikoryl, alex cold
In viral illness there can be coughj and fever which needs treatment accordingly along with a proper hydration .
