Q.

My kid frequently affecting with cold and cough . last week we done Complete blood test and came to know less HB count it's 11 can you plz guide me to improve the HB count

A. Hi parent please strictly avoid all packed food and products with refined flour please include green leaf veggies and fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please give daily sun light exposure
