Q.

3.8years old getting fever and dry cough frequently from one month blood test s done and s normal ...doctor said it's viral infection.. antibiotics are given....but now again he is having fever and Dry cough...am worried

A. hi low immunity causes such infection frequently so please focus on building strong immunity of your child. give fresh fruits more,especially citrus fruits should be given more keep your child well hydrated.
