my haemoglobin is right now 9 and my pregnancy tenure is 30 week now and I cannot digest iron supplements . so please suggest me on below points 1) Should I go for iron therapy or 2) try to improve by food contains

A. Hello mom if you are unable to opt for allopathy tablets then best would be some homeopathy supplements as they re good enough as you do require then as it’s quite low and now is the demanding period apart from dietary sources
