My grandson is frequently getting cold. What kind of food is to be given to boost his immunity please

You can give milk with turmeric and black pepper and two teaspoons of dry fruit powder but if the child is constantly eating cold and catching cold on a very regular basis with allergy so do not avoid that angle in fact that your child tested for allergy
