my granddaughter is now 17 months old. she is very active and understands everything. But not speaking. She explains everything with her actions , by nodding head , with the gestures of her hands. Even a new person can get her . But not eating properly. morning and night also she is not interested in food. only in the afternoon she is taking nowadays. Please suggest
