Don’t Steam the apple because when you steamer fruit all the nutrition of the fruit die so great it and you can mix it with the milk and their consistency is going to be semisolid that way so you can give it to your child that way otherwise you can add it to any cereal like cerelac that you’re giving to the child that way also you can give it to the baby
