my do toilet finely, but his private part foreskin not go downward. he is 4 months old.

A. it is commonly considered to be physiologicalnormal for now,you should not worry,if it is not along with any other problems repetitively.usually it may not require any kind of treatment or medicine . if you have any more doubts,keep observing, wait and watch and u can also get clinical examination done once by the doctor available nearby and get further guidance regarding this.

A. A tight foreskin is normal in babies and young boys. Most boys' foreskins do not pull back (retract) before the age of 5, but sometimes it's not possible until they're 10 or older. The end of a boy's penis may bulge or balloon when they pee, particularly if their foreskin is tight.
