Hello doctor.... is it necessary to put oil in baby's private part. my baby boy is 4 month old. my mother in law told me to open the foreskin of baby's private part and put oil into it. should I do this?

A. hello it is advisable to soak for few minutes taking luke water or running water in a small Cup but applying oil is not a problem but just don't pull it just gently apply it which should not be a problem and any concern you may check with your doctor which would be better
