Q.

My delivered august 2021 but january 25th i have periodbut still am not a period any problem

A. after delivery the periods may remain irregular for humans so just maintain good nutrition along with daily walking and try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping to get proper sleep which will help regularized commences

A. Hello dear parent! Irregularities in periods is very normal after delivery especially while breastfeeding due to hormonal changes. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. Good luck and take care.
