#asktheexpert hi, I have delivered baby girl in January 2021 and after delivery I am having pain in my knee and back. please suggest

A. take calcium n vitamins D. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
