Q.

I gave birth on november 2021.after delivery my period stopped since January 2022. recently my period restarted on 14 th April 2023.In may it's delayed and has started on 25th may 2023. Is it normal ??

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them

A. Whenever you resume with your period after delivery the period cycle for initial six months could be abnormal and you can face different issues what is your facing much of a problem with that you and you should take an advice with your gynaecologist regarding the same
