Mam I delivered my baby on january 10th I got my period next month only.....is it normal...but now one month no periods after that I got my period

A. It happens during breast feeding phase so nothing to worry about it abd eat a healthy abd nutritious diet and take your supplier 3 months after delivery and drink plenty of liquids as well
