Q.

My daughter is very choosy for food she don’t eat vegetables and take chappti without vegetables.what should i give her to complete her diet she is very weak and thin

A. frequently ill ?? give all food groups give probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt . . . After 1 year of age you can gradually start giving everything which you cook as a part of family meals. It should be easy to digest nutritious, less oily and less spicy for easy digestion by the baby. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables also. They not only provide with the necessary multivitamins and nutrients but also with fibre. Keep baby hydrated and try to provide some probiotics like curd buttermilk yogurt . These keep the digestion good you can also give nuts like almond cashew walnut

A. Hi mom Use some tricks to feed nutritious diet. Make eating fun. Give food in colourful and attractive plates like babyhug plates that attract baby towards food. Make food attractive and appealing so that the baby gets motivated to eat.
