Q.

My daughter is turning 2 in August, I have started giving her water in sipper bottle 300ml. Previously she used to have water in a bottle with nipple. My daughter only have 100 to 200 ml of water in a day, if you could suggest how can I make her drink more water.

A. Put the water in a cup rather than a bottle. Offer your baby water between meals when she’s not hungry and keen for food. With every meal, offer water in a mug or open cup.
