My daughter is suddenly feeling cold after waking up and her body is cold but she has headache and fever.

It could be because of fever only that your child is feeling chills and all so please check with your doctor because if the body is cold head is warm and you have detected that it is fever it could be associated with viral also so please check with your doctor
