my daughter is 9 months and 11 days old. she flap her hands too much. is it normal??

A. Yes it is completely a sign for excitement at this age but with growth of age it is not going to be as much as it is right now it is going to reduce down if you see that it is not reducing or it is increasing and then you can check with your doctor
