my daughter is 7 years old. most of the time after bathing she is getting rashes on her body (reddish and itching) we are applying lotion every day and coconut oil on the affected places. not sure is it because of soap or dryness. we are using himalaya for my child. please help

A. A lot of times these things can just be associated with actually the temperature of water and if lotion and cream are helping in subsiding the rashes and it’s either associated with soap or water you please check with your doctor once
