My daughter is 7 years ola and so much lice in her hair since one year. I have applied anti lice shampoo and oil as well but lice are still there. Please advise.

A. Hello good morning !! Apply neem oil which is av available in market or else boil coconut oil with neem leaves or paste for 10-15 minutes let it cool down, strain oil and apply on baby scalp when it is warm wrap with a cloth or shower cap for an hour . After an hour brush hair downwards after detangling you can see lice will fall while combing, for eggs (nits) separate comb Available use it keep a cloth on baby shoulder , your lap fully covered so that no lice will fell off on that towel/cloth. Do hair wash with mild shampoo continue applying neem oil for three continue weeks for better results.
