HomeQuestions & AnswersMy daughter is 6 months 20 days old... Its been over a month she has not sleep at night...I put her to bed early by 8 PM after feeding her at 7 PM... But she wakes up at 12 AM and stays awake till 4 AM in the morning.... To make up for the sleep she lost during the night i wake her up at 9 AM for bath and feeding and let her sleep from 10 to 12...Then I play with her till 1 PM and let her nap again at 1:30 to 2 PM.... I give her light snacks at 2 PM and take her out for a walk till 2:30 and till 3 Pm its her tummy time and from 3:30 to 4 i let her nap that's the last nap for the day.... From 4 PM i make her watch nursery Rhymes or play with toys until her dinner time at 7 PM... Yet she wakes up at night till morning.... Please suggest where am I wrong... Am I overstimulating her?

A. try to give her a bath n masdage in evening. avoid heavy meals for her at night.you can use a rocker.Best will be to consult a doctor there as well who can practically see the patient and help to get a diagnosis

A. Stick with or start your baby bedtime routine — the bath, the feeding, the story, the lullabies and the cuddles. Also be sure your baby is getting enough sleep during the day to make up for lost sleep at night, since it's even harder for an overtired baby to settle down at night.
