AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom It is safe to take during breastfeeding. Always take the medicine as prescribed by the doctor. Exclusive breastfeed ur baby till six months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby
