My daughter is 4 years 10 months. She is getting stomach pain after sometime her head and body is becomes hot and she gets fevers. when I consult the pediatrician last time he told coz of constipation problem she is facing this issue and he told me to give bandy syrup after one week or ten days but I missed to give bandy.. but again yesterday she feels stomach pain and later fever asusual can we give bandy syrup for her along with calpol 250mg.
