First of all you have to check with the thermometer whether there is fever or not just by the body temperature you feel it is warm you cannot give medicine to the child second if this confirmation that fever is there then medicine is supposed to be repeated every six hours not twice in a day but it seems like you’re not very sure about the situation right now so please consult your doctor
