hello doctor, my baby head is hot but body temperature is normal from past 2 days so I am using paracetamol syrup when i put medicine within 2 hours it is getting cool and after 2 hours and again head becoming hot. please help me hot

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. when you take the temperature in the armpit of the child with the help of a digital thermometer and if it is 100 f (37.7 c) or more then you consider it as fever or when you take the tefmperature in the oral cavity .
of the child and if it is 99 degree fahrenheit then you consider it as fever and then paracetamol is given.
along with paracetamol continue body sponge and keep the child in light clothes.

have you checked the temperature ?
if it is 100f or above ,you need to visit your pediatrician and need to give Medicine then and then only.
otherwise no need of Medicine.
please keep your child well hydrated
dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes
keep your child in well vantileted room
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
