hello all.. from the evening my baby head is so hot its like a fever but body temperature is normal...head is so hot he has cold also.. I'm worried about it plz tell me any..i gave hime baby paracetamol drops

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paggracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
