A. Hello, your baby boy is 11 months old and his head is warm and body temperature is very normal so it’s not a fever but hyper dynamic circulation and it doesn’t need any medicine

A. it is very normal that small children will have warm head palms and soles but if the growth of the child is proper and the armpit temperature is less than hundred no need to give any medicine
