My baby is getting fever in late nights . her body becomes hot in intervals. once I put we cloth on her arms and head . I am also giving paracetamol syrup.

A. You should give calpol drops to baby on regular intervals and sponge bath the vaby if fever turns high and give more liquids to the vaby and ORS can also be given
