My baby is getting fever from past 3 days but without giving medicine her body shows temperature and sometimes it suddenly becomes cold and sometimes very hot

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you can continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamolz and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular interval and meet the doctor immediatelyx
