You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days.
And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself

UrvashiMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Hi I went through a similar experience with a C-section. I couldn't breastfeed enough due to the painful stictches, So Upon my doctor's suggestion i started using formula milk for my little one. Aptamil Gold is a good choice because it has prebiotic HMO, which is great for your baby's tummy. You too can give it a try, do consult doctor once. And yes, don't stress about it too much.
